We welcome you to an independent house of 110m2 located in our wooded family property and listed as a Historic Monument since 1947. We are located in the heart of the city, close to the center of Tours with its museums, its opera, its shops, its guinguettes (15 minutes by tram), the Cher and the Loire by bike (a few pedal strokes) and the castles.... Our fully equipped gîte accommodates up to 6 people.
In the summer season (June to September), the rental gives shared access to the property's swimming pool. In order to allow you "private" use, the times are to be discussed together upon your arrival.
Rental is with a minimum of 2 nights during school holiday periods.
